3ffc1.jpgThis morning, I get a urge call from customs company, a customs clerk from A&S told me my our cargo might delay due to factory didn’t prepare goods on time. I was badly impacted by this news. I furious with factory director lied to me, he told me everything went well for loading.

Yesterday, I booked a container from A&S Enterprises limited co., it’s a logistic company handles logistic and project management. We arranged a truck according factory’s suggestion which it’s 7 pm. The truck with the container arrived at factory around 6:30 pm and waited for goods loading. Our schedule for customs apply supposed to be done in this morning and the shipping supposed to be at this afternoon. Every schedule should be done on time otherwise the shipping time would be delay.

When I knew the factory delayed the goods packing I was shocked, and don’t know what to do about it. While I was in panic, the A&S called and said everything will be well controlled and the cargo can catch the ship. They comfort me and promised me that the driver of the truck is driving with the fastest speed on the road to container terminal in two hours.

As they promised, the Cargo caught the ship in last half hour.

I was deeply impressed by their working attitude, and they said they treat their customers as the best friends, and they said one of most treasure thing for meaningful is a friendship. Then              he facetious questioned me” what kinds of ship would never sink?” I pondered for a while, but had no idea.

Two hours ago, I called them for the answer. The manager of A&S friendly folksy said” a friendship never sink”

financially ever since it lost one of its biggest customers last year.

It certainly makes sense, exports have been rising thanks to stronger foreign currencies: David Shepherd, BA World Cargo’s VP of commercial

activities for the Americas, told IFW: “We are certainly experiencing better demand [from the Americas] than we were seeing last year, especially

on some commodities. “We have seen much stronger demand for perishables traffic, partly due to better growing conditions, but unquestionably

it is also partly because of the weakness of the dollar.” But he said the bigger change had been a reduction in traffic in the reverse direction.
